Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

60% of the total project cost must be paid upfront before work begins.

Remaining 40% must be paid before project submission.

No project will be handed over without full payment.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of the project will be clearly defined in the proposal or agreement.

Any additional features or changes outside the initial scope will be treated as extra work and billed separately.

3. Support

No free support will be provided after project submission, not even for 30 days.

If any issues arise due to unauthorized changes made by the client to the website backend, server, or code, we will not be responsible.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon. Delays from the client’s side may extend the delivery schedule.

5. Ownership

Full ownership of the website content and design will be transferred after full payment is received.

Source files may be retained until full payment is made.

6. Liability

The client is responsible for providing accurate content and assets.

We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from misuse or modifications by the client after submission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. Payment will be non-refundable for work already completed.
